Details that help

These details shorten the search for a cause when a tool misbehaves:

• the tool you were using, for instance Merge PDF or PDF OCR
• your browser and device, such as Edge on Windows or Safari on an iPhone
• the PDF in general terms: page count, rough size, and whether it is a scan or protected by a password
• the result you hoped for, and the result you got

Suggesting a tool or a fix

If a tool you need is missing, or a result looks wrong, describe the job you were trying to do. Saying that you wanted to merge a lease with its signed page tells more than naming a feature.

Keep your documents to yourself

Files never reach the site, so the developer cannot look at a PDF from your side. A written description is nearly always enough; please do not attach contracts, ID papers or other private pages.
